Policy and Information
Please read this carefully
At Globe Tutors, we require all students to maintain a minimum number of sessions each month to ensure consistent academic progress. If you are enrolled in 1–2 subjects, you must complete at least 5 classes per subject per month. If you are enrolled in 3 or more subjects, the minimum is 3 classes per subject per month. All sessions must be scheduled using your tutor’s Calendly link and confirmed directly with them through your preferred method of communication. If you are late or need to reschedule, you must inform your tutor at least one hour in advance and receive their approval—otherwise, the session will be counted. Communication should be handled directly with your tutor, and Globe Tutors should only be contacted for administrative concerns. Please also consider your tutor’s time zone when booking. Since all our lessons are personalized, we encourage you to inform your tutor about where you'd like to begin and what topics you’d like to focus on. We’ve seen students go from 4s (C grades) to 6s (A grades) in under two months, with many achieving 7s (A*) in their final exams. Once matched with a tutor, you can reach out via email to request their contact number for easier coordination.
Please also not that CLASSES ARE NON REFUNDABLE and must be completed in. a months time for that given payment of that given motnth !! - If you have paid for a certain number of classes, it is expected of you to complete them unless a VALID reason is given. The decision on whether the reasoning is valid or not, remains with the Globe Tutors Team.
